Curses for Vanilla Psycasts Expanded
The mod adds a number of new psy abilities designed which curse, hamper and inhibit enemy combatants.

Requirements
Requires the Royalty DLC and the Vanilla Psycasts Expanded mod to function.

Abilities






Paralyze
Paralyze a target mechanoid, human or animal for a period of time. The duration improves with the casters psy resistance. Still balancing & tweaking this ability...

Dementia
Another dark and sinister ability which causes the target to suddenly be afflicted with dementia. The effects will be updated soon.

Curse Heart Attack
A dark and cruel ability which causes the target pawn or animal to suddenly have an artery blockage. This does not work on mechanoids obviously. Future updates to this ability are pending.

Lesser Wither
A dark and sinister ability which inflicts several negative ailments such as cancers, asthma, and an assortment of random lesser effects on a group of human prey.

Greater Wither
An upgrade on the Lesser Wither abilty which inflicts grievous burns, cuts and bruises. It also spreads plague among those unlucky enough to experience the effects. This ability can be used consecutively.

Nox Morbus
A cruel and long lasting curse which inflicts large amounts of pain and slowly cripples the target. Nox Morbus steadily eats through biological flesh and metal alloy alike. It can be cured by a competent medic.

NoxSomnus
This dark ability inflicts the Nox Somnus Curse on the target. Nox Somnus has the remarkable effect of nearly eliminating the recepients requirement to consume food, making it a common ailment for captive prisoners in blood banks. Nox Somnus has few ill effects other than reducing the targets appetite and making them very drowzy.

Visuals
The visuals for the abilities are minimal right now. I hope to add some cool effects eventually.

Updates - 31st July 2023
Adjustments to ability costs and ranges.
Greater and Less Wither can be modified in the XML file.
Lesser Wither now adds multiple cancerous tumours and other ailments.
Greater Wither has been tweaked and at present also causes multiple infectious wounds.
Heart Attack is now an AOE ability, successive uses increases chance of death.
Some social interactions for lifting curses and cursing have been added. Pawns don't like being cursed.
Lift Curse now works as intended.

Load Order
Load after the Vanilla Expanded Framework and the Vanilla Psycast Expanded mods.

Goal
The goal of the mod was to create some evil psy powers. Suggestions and assistance on the mod are welcome. The mod is in phase 1 and needs balancing and fine tuning, I will work on the level 4 curses when I feel confident the existing abilities are working to my standard. Help is always appreciated with such an undertaking.
