The objectively best things to use as of 2025. I WILL FIGHT YOU if you have other suggestions. (Unless they're cool, bro)

You can turn off any of the "Needs for large maps" and ect as you see fit.

Make sure Extra Materials Simplified loads after all other mods that alter the itemslist.

This version of Advanced Roads features Many Materials 2.0 and therefore this mod is not necessary if you are using Advanced Roads. Whether you use the bundle or individually subscribe to Many Materials 2.0, just make sure you load it before Modern High Efficiency Power Station 2022, Clearest of Needs, Betterclock and most importantly, it must be before More Detailed People & Things (Continued).

There are many fun alternatives to More Detailed People & Things (Continued) that still work, my favorite being Old Fashioned People & Things. Any mod that you opt to use that reskins basic staff and objects MUST load after More Detailed People & Things (Continued), if combined together at all.

Also note that Advanced Roads makes emergency callouts fail unless you setup an emergency cargo station or a helipad. If you don't want to use this mod, disable it and get the latest functional version of Many Materials 2.0 by murgh.
