-Foundry will now have a green scrap bar with a maximum of 60 scrap
-Energy Node & Crucible HP values set to match that of other races (Crucible has the same HP as ISDF Factory)
-Drainer initDelay removed so it will start collecting scrap immediately upon deploy/upgrade
-Cerberi Scavengers added isAssault = 1 to ODF so that units morph to kill it
-Drainer & its upgrade will drop 4 pieces of loose now instead of 1
-Upgraded Drainer is now named "Drainer+"
-Fixed xscavxpl.odf missing file
-Hadean Refinery+ HP values normalized to be the same as the other races

Cerberi changes will now be placed in a separate document in the VSR files for easier finding (Cerberi Changelog.txt).

OBJECTIVE: Improve playability of Cerberi in a VSR strategy setting by reducing errors and bugs, begin making the Cerberi race consistent with other VSR races

-Switched Fabricator to slot #5 in Foundry build menu to be consistent with other races
-Fixed bad filenames on Spore Mine and Singularity explosions - these will look good now
-Halved the distance between the Dispenser Node and its dropoff so weapon drops don't land on other buildings
-Foundry will now build VSR Service Pods instead of stock service pods
-AI will now correctly shoot at the Drainer model and its upgrade
-Drainer & its upgrade now have proper animations
-Fabricator's mass now matches the constructor units of other races
-Sentinel AI and physics adjusted to be VSR-enabled (like other races)
-Fixed the Cerberi pilot to be a Scion pilot with no sniper as a placeholder for a snipeless Cerberi pilot
-Fixed Svar8 errors for Strategy and MPI - please look for others
-(Gravey) Foundry will now build Empty Scouts for 30 scrap (no shield)
-(Gravey) Crucible pathing errors fixed; units will now exit the Crucible build deck correctly

-Using Vearie's converted Cerberi assets for 1.3 as a baseline, the Cerberi are now playable as an "Experimental" race (this is still very sloppy, but it works)

The plan for the Cerberi right now is to bring them into MPI in some or a variety of ways, POSSIBLY to be incorporated as a strat race in the future

-Optimized Mortarion's Wasteland map to decrease file size; the playable areas of these maps did not change
-Vearie's map selector works again, instant action/repeat maps removed
-Removed jChat from VSR - you can download jChat for Newkeys by subscribing to the addon mod in BZCC Workshop
-Camera Pods now have perfect radar (range is 500 meters for some reason)
-Added missing path points to a few maps (Mirador, FFA: Mid-Low)
-Gravey: Converted 2 maps from ZST to BZCC (Golden Sun, DC)
-Gravey: Made Cyber's Curiosity map more symmetrical
-Darkened the lighting on Oasis (requested by Gravey)

>ISDF: AI will actually hit ISDF extractor when they shoot at it, eagle removed from ISDF Scout, and some other things
>Scion: Drone special hardpoint moved to the center of the scout like in 1.3, Antenna & Overseer Array collision mesh added (you can now shoot through the hologram on the inside...)
-General BlackDragon: Fixed broken lightning bolt animation for Hadean Xyr Tower
-General BlackDragon: Added dust and engine glow effects to Hadean units
-Gravey: Added 1 new map to BZCC (Impact)
