Redid most of the component template icons

Removed icons of components no longer used to save (some) space

Removed overwrite of GPM's resource icon

Reworked available weapons (count slashed, reduced to 3 different classes + Point Defence + Perdition Beam)

- Kinetic Set = Mass Drivers (Mu+) / Kinetic Artillery (Eta+) / Giga Cannon (Eta+)

- Energy Set = Lasers (Mu+) / ( NOT YET ADDED ) / Energy Lance (Eta+)

- Plasma Set = Plasma (Mu+) / Energy Torpedoes (Eta+) / ( NOT YET ADDED )
| - Missiles are a subset of Plasma

- Point Defence: only one type
| - Effectively Flak, but takes the place of regular point defence (Physics)

- Perdition Beam (Tau+)

- Buffed all damage modifiers by X2 to get everything except plasma to 1x damage against shields
| - (WILL CHANGE ONCE I REBALANCE THE NUMBERS)


Added custom projectile graphics to:

- The plasma set
| - sourced from Ultimate Tech's Virtual Particle Cannon, recolored
| - Recolored appropriately for all four tiers

- The laser set: Vanilla graphics only
| - Mu = UV Laser
| - Eta = UV Laser
| - Tau = Blue Laser
| - Phi = Gamma Laser

- The kinetic set
| - sourced from Ultimate Tech's Phase Railgun
| - Recolored to be purple for all tiers

- Point Defence
| - sourced from Improved Projectile Graphics
| - Recolored appropriately for all four tiers

Removed FE ability to get magic techs. The research options are now automatically enabled.

Various other changes I can't remember which version they're from.

Fixed a bug allowing for magical homeworlds if you didn't choose the civic.

Added in basic framework for ritual "diplomacy" screen. Available for a peek if you type "event ritual.0" in the console.
