Added additional (free) decisions to specify your planets remain unfocused. Basically just removes those overly-long decision focus lists when you don't want them.

Added chance for additional mana deposits to drop on galaxy generation, and on ley line awakening

Removed Alchemist's need for alloys and consumer goods. Replaced with increased mineral/mana consumption

Increased mana crystal cost of ship components to be comparable to arcane technology cost
Added mana crystal maintenance equal to arcane technology maintenance.

Updated (overwrote) vanilla colony typing to include magical worlds properly (and if they're focused)

Added a new colony type: Manufactory World (Takes the place of "generic industry")

Buffed all colony type job bonus modifiers to be double what they originally were

Increased magic world spawn chance when Planetary Diversity is enabled.

Changed ritual site appearance to that of primitive stone palaces so that if you do the Horizon Signal event you don't get confused.
