-Hopefully fixed a hidden dependency on my Gravewalker mod for some of the new Act 3 Textures.
-Changed 2 handed maces to have minor cleave damage (less than axes, axes are the designated "cleave" weapons)
-Made it so that the "Regenerating" buff from the Water Helm only applies if you are not undead.

***BIG UPDATE***

-Added Custom Effects for all weapons, they should all look much nicer and be easier to spot in the overworld.
-Switched the Uniques list to a google spreadsheet since the number was starting to get out of hand for the mod page.
-Switched CHAOS damage on ranged weapons to be a combination of Magic Armour damage and Shadow damage, since chaos was not functioning properly (Was always piercing damage). These weapons only show Magic Armour damage in the tooltip, but they also say "Set Shadow Damage", which lets you know that they have this property.
-Made some workarounds for NECROFIRE and ENTANGLED, since weapons were applying them with 100% frequency regardless of their % chance.
-Adjusted Ruler of the Seas model rigging so that it is held more like a staff. (Before it was just a spear with different anims).
-Adjusted some "low" fire boosts on some fire themed weapons to be more appropriate (switched to High, basically more fire damage).

ACT III EXPANSION
-Added 34 new uniques to the Nameless Isle.
-All weapons added for this act have custom Models, and most have custom skills or passives with neat interactions (some are borderline mechanic overhauls).
-Completed the Armor Sets for each element and gave them unique skills as rewards for equipping the entire set. Some details are in the new Uniques spreadsheet.
-Adjusted scaling on Noble Savage and the Blood boots to be Constitution based (rather than Strength and Intelligence Split), these two Uniques are now part of the same Set now (Noble Set).

-Added a Mod Settings book that allows turning off the Auto Leveling feature.

-Nerfed Shock's Dual Wielding stat (I didn't realize I made it +3).

I realized I had slightly too high stat boosts on some of my weapons compared to normal (Str, Fin, Int, etc). I have nerfed that down just a tad to be more in line with regular loot.

Added new Icon for Celebrimbor's Ring, and changed some of the generic names for the Act II Boots.
