Lots of changes including the new witch limiter.

Weapons on ground now have a chance to have explosive/incendiary ammo and laser sights. The magazines included with special ammo is random.

This includes the pistol and magnum but you will not be able to view the visual laser as valve never programmed it into the equipped models.

Various difficulty balancing.

The awp and scout now do increased damage to make up for the bolt action recharge time.

Weapon drop chance has been lowered.

It took 16 hours straight but I redid the system 23 times, tested over 400 experiments, and found a system that should be much more stable.

I didn't finish the optimization for the new system yet but it should hopefully be a lot less laggy than you were experiencing before.

Difficulty has been reduced for specials.

I did over 50 things and I want to go to sleep so we'll leave it at that.

Let's hope my lack of sleep didn't do something really stupid and break it. :o

Programmed push pop node train optimization system to increase preformance by over 500%.

Changed witches to work with netprops rage.
