- Increased the UtilityItems stat on the Advent Cryo Priest and Advent Cryo Rocketeer to 3, to make sure they spawn with proper loadouts.

- Ice Shield on the Frost Legion enemies only reduces incoming damage by 25% now (was 50%). Localization has been updated accordingly.

- Tweaked the Frost Necromancer's AI. They should now properly move away from flanks before being concerned about making zombies or doing anything else.

- Added a fix for Templar animations when Ballistic Shields is run alongside LWOTC. This fix is also present in my Hoplite class mod and my version of the Stormrider.

- Removed Will penalty from the Bitterfrost Blood Gene Mod.

- Cut down on the amount of config in the Frost Legion folder's XComGameData.ini. All that remains is loadout changes to the Frost Priest and Frost Technician, as well as bumping up the maximum Force Level for the two Frost Legion Sitreps to 99.

- The above update has the added benefit of the Frost Hardliner now using their correct primary weapon, from the latest update to Frost Legion itself.

- Added support for the Frost Legion mod. Check the Discussion thread for details.

- LWOTC's Advent Priest style Sustain has been enabled for the Raptor Commando and the Exalted Purge Archbishop.

- Implemented Knight of NSFW's potential fix for bugged animations on Hoplites and Stormriders when using LWOTC's shields on them. For this fix to take effect, you will need Musashi's Ballistic Shields mod in order to provide animations. It will also potentially fix SPARKs and MEC Troopers, should you use shields on them.

- All of Mod Jam's AI changes to existing enemy templates have been consolidated into a single file, OPTC_ModJamAI.uc. They are sorted by roster mod (although right now, only Advent Warlock and Frost Legion are in there). Note that the Cryo Rocketeers are created by Mod Jam itself (and piggyback off of Advent Rocketeer AI from LWOTC anyway), and thus do not have an entry.

- B&T Expanded Enemies Redux's most recent changes to encounter lists, followers, dark event character eligibility, flashbang resist, Muton Warcry bonus, and valid Full Override targets to transfer to a haven have been added.

- Enemy Reskinner has been added to the list of required mods, although right now it is only used in the Frost Legion folder.

- For some reason the tech requirements for the Mechanized Arm Transformation Gears project weren't working, so I've gutted it from XComLW_Overhaul.ini. It's entirely handled by its native configs in XComAuxiliaryWeapons.ini now. It no longer requires EXO Suit research, instead only needing Mechanized Warfare OR Lost Towers mission, but it still only costs 30 Supplies, 2 Alien Alloys and 2 Elerium Dust.
