- Added PistolOverwatch to the MandatoryAbilities array for Pistols in XComAbilityToSlotReassignment.ini in the Ability To Slot Reassignment folder. This is a potential fix for dual pistol users (Akimbo class) not being able to use Overwatch.

- CHDLC Load Order change to make Gene Mods load AFTER LWOTC.

- All abilities from Gene Mods (the main mod) have been added to the explosive damage falloff ability exclusions list to hopefully prevent a crash bug.

- Added some more item/ability exclusions for the explosive damage falloff thing, this time to the Ballistic Shields mod items and abilities (and I threw in Hoplite's Shield Rush just to be sure), because apparently this is necessary now to not crash at startup with Ballistic Shields enabled with the full Mod Jam suite? This bug is like a belligerent customer that won't leave.

- Changed the Thermobaric Rockets to need the Advent Turret Wreck/Breakdown rather than the Advent MEC's, and the Lockon Rockets to need the Advent Robotics research and the Drone Wreck rather than the Advent Turret stuff. Made this change to reduce the amount of gear bloat on the Advent MEC Wreck.

- Removed Mechanized Warfare requirement from the Spark Launchers Redux gear.

- Added a CHDLCRunOrder config to Mod Jam's main XComGame.ini to make Long War of the Chosen run AFTER Rocket Launchers 2.0. Possible fix for people who still can't use Thermobaric/Heatflash/Plasma Ejector Rockets post-LWOTC Dev Build 26.1.

- Removed the MechanizedWarfare required tech from all Spark Arsenal items that had it. Turns out having that in there on non-LWOTC-native items acted as a permanent roadblock when doing the Lost Towers mission instead of Mechanized Warfare. This does mean you may unlock some SPARK gear before you actually have a SPARK, but that isn't really important in comparison.

- Fixed some missing closing brackets in the Bitterfrost Protocol folder's XComLW_Overhaul.ini.

- At long last, the crash bug caused by running Long War of the Chosen with Rocket Launchers 2.0 and having specific rocket types (Plasma Ejector, Thermobaric or Heatflash) enabled has been fixed with this update. To benefit from this fix, you must be on LWOTC Dev Build 26.1 or later.

- The 3 aforementioned Rocket types have been re-enabled in Mod Jam. If you refuse to update your LWOTC for whatever reason, you can still go into XComRockets.ini and disable them again.

- For those unfamiliar: Thermobaric Rockets are unlocked by Gauss Weapons research and the Advent MEC Breakdown, Heatflash Rockets are unlocked by the Heavy Plasma research and the Advent MEC Breakdown, and Plasma Ejector Rockets are unlocked by the Heavy Plasma research and the Muton Elite Autopsy.

- There is now an XComRocketLaunchers.ini file in Mod Jam. It contains new damage configs for the "Rocket Launcher" ability, specifically the one originally used by the Technical class, and what the Heavy class has at Squaddie. The damage of this ability when used by a Mag-tier launcher has been bumped up to Mod Jam's Plasma Rocket levels, and the damage of this ability when used by a Beam-tier launcher has been bumped up to Mod Jam's Elerium Rocket levels.

- Added missing Localizations for the Marathon Runner ability and the Phantom Slayer Rounds project, as well as tweaking the Localization for Phantom Slayer Rounds to make their armor piercing abilities more transparent to players who haven't actually purchased them or equipped them to a soldier yet.
