Tweaks: animationstates[] of M1A2 (Python) to remove TI panels, among other things
Tweaks: Removes barrel art from M1A2. In the future, I plan to just change the default and not remove it entirely.

v0.3.1:
Adds: ACE Facewear overlays for CUP facewear. The configs are a little different than the existing mod, making them more like the vanilla Combat Goggles with tint on appropriate facewear. Also adds overlay to the black goggles from Aegis and their balaclava variant.

Note: All ACE compats in this mod do not create an ACE dependency.

Complete overhaul of mod structure, classnames are unchanged

Tweak: Configs for MLRS adjusted. Cluster rocket MLRS does not have cluster rockets loaded, but now all MLRS are usable.
