Fair: lowered knockback angle on sweetspot
Bair: lowered knockback angle on sweetspot

Ftilt: lowered base knockback and raised knockback scaling (basically swapped them)

Uspecial: lowered knockback scaling

Utilt: increased knockback scaling (also changed sprite to have Jacket swing a pipe instead, probably should have made this change long ago to not confuse with Fire axe still needing to be collected first)

**Altered all 3 victory themes

Fspecial (forgot to mention it has a lot less lag before, which is slightly increased now for better game feel and to not accidentally use Nspecial afterwards)

Up air: sourspot's knockback angle is slightly lowered, and sweetspot KB angle has been raised

Base stats: Increased waveland distance

Jab: 1st and 2nd hitboxes have smaller height, 3rd hitbox slightly has higher base knockback
Ftilt: removed angle flipper
Utilt: now hits twice (adjusted total damage of both hitboxes to compensate)
Dtilt: fixed animation

Ustrong (default) slight increase in startup, but overall faster
Dstrong (default) 2nd hitbox is wider and closer to Jacket

Fspecial: Holding the button now delays throws

*Most weapons also have a larger hitbox when thrown (except for Brick and Trophy)

(idk why I thought giving the Chainsaw's Fstrong an angle flipper was a good idea so I took it out)

Ustrong (default) lowered hitpause of 1st hitbox
Dstrong (default) greatly lowered hitpause of 1st hitbox (reverted 1st hitbox back to being untechable and 2nd hitbox back to being techable)
Fstrong (chainsaw) added angle flipper 9 to 1st hitbox

*adjusted damage of most weapons strong attacks to compensate their new double hitting property*

Sledge hammer: Now uses the Ustrong from Legacy version
Chainsaw: Increased damage on all strongs

Golf club: lowered damage on all strongs (lowered Ustrong's sweetspot knockback)

Katana: lowered damage on all strongs

Utilt: made cancel window timing much sooner

Bair: Now turns you around mid air

Uspecial: reduced endlag (Tightening cancel window timing)
and increased gravity on endlag (making touch of death ladder combos less likely, hopefully)

Forward tilt: cancel window has similar timing to the other tilts (doesn't look so jank now that its not instant anymore)

Neutral special: Uzi no longer shoots through walls or ground, but now shoots through enemies (Better crowd control tool in free for alls)

Forward special: Increased projectile lifespan, made ALL weapons transcendent when thrown (except default Brick)
