*Made all aerials unable to fastfall on hit (this greatly helps Down special be more flexable)
*Also made all aerials Jump cancelable on hit (cause why not)

Jab: Now has zero Hspeed at beginning (It was still a little jank before when canceling out of dash attack)
Ftilt: Hitbox is active twice as long, with 1 frame more endlag (attack better matches animation)

Fspecial (default) slightly increased cooldown (this only really affects the Brick)

Fstrong (chainsaw) reduced both hitboxes active frames (attack better matches animation)
Dstrong (Sledge hammer) 2nd hitbox knockback angle sends away from stage (attack has better payoff)

*added wholesome css sfx

Fstrong (chainsaw) increased total damage, 1st hitbox knockback angle sends towards you, 2nd hitbox has reduced active frames
Dstrong (chainsaw) 1st hitbox is bigger KB angle sends slightly backwards, 3rd hitbox is much smaller
Ustrong (chainsaw) increased total damage, hitpause, and base knockback

*fixed Hydrogen music to now play when landing a powerful attack on a x7 combo (for some reason it activated on x9 combo before)

Uair: reduced startup, but special canceling is no longer instant, now it has a cancel window with timing similar to tilts (trying anything to prevent a Bayonetta or Luigi situation while still keeping the Up special's combos)

Ustrong (sledge hammer) 2nd hitbox is not techable

Dstrong (chainsaw) overhauled to be a simpler attack by having Jacket automatic swing the chainsaw all around him without the original grabbing attribute (to be honest I hate to get rid of its unique grapple trait)

-removed ground friction on All strongs and Ftilt (to work better with Dash attack's new speed)

Jab: reduced Hspeed at beginning (also to work better with Dash attack)
and increased endlag of 1st punch (to prevent Jab lock cheese)

Ustrong (default) knockback angle on 1st hitbox sends up towards 2nd hitbox better
Dstrong (default) swapped damage of both hitboxes (1st hitbox deals more damage than 2nd hitbox)

Dspecial: reloads ammo (only does so when obtaining a new weapon, planning on making it always give ammo later)

Fstrong (Fire axe) 2nd hitbox does more damage than 1st hitbox
Fstrong (Sledge hammer) 2nd hitbox does more damage than 1st hitbox
Ustrong (Trophy) deals less total damage

Fstrong (chainsaw) If 1st hitbox connects immediately stops momentum and transitions to next part of attack (also added a lot of hitpause and reduced base knockback to 1st hitbox, but finally this attack works as indented!)
