Ftilt: removed charging ability
Utilt: removed charging ability and reduced total damage
Uair: reduced startup and reduced damage on both hitboxes (Yes this has been one of the most difficult moves to figure out what to do with)

Nspecial(Uzi) slightly increased fire rate and slightly increased reload time
Nspecial(Shotgun) increased reload time
Uspecial: reduced total damage and increased cooldown (the other most difficult move to balance)

Fstrong(default) increased base knockback on 1st hitbox

Ustrong(default) reduced hurtbox size during the attack (so it can make a better uncontended anti-air)

Fstrong(chainsaw) added a lot of hit lockout to 2nd hitbox (to prevent the occasion you hit an opponent with the hitboxes out of order)
Dstrong(chainsaw) added a little hit lockout to 2nd hitbox (this makes it so at low percents opponents will be hit by all 3 hitboxes and at high percents they are hit by 2. mostly to prevent music overlapping for combos)

Uspecial: cancel window timing comes much sooner, but has increased cooldown

*All strongs have knockback scaling removed on their 1st hitbox

Fstrong (chainsaw) added angle flipper 9 to 1st hitbox (should work better this time)

Ustrong without weapon is now Uspecial (utilt's new speed made for some unintended but funny repeated pipe bashing)
Dstrong without weapon is now Dspecial (repeated sliding while funny isn't the playstyle I'm looking for)

Dspecial: there was an interesting exploit where if a projectile hit an opponent while Dspecial's hitbox was active, the opponent hit would teleport into Jacket (bizarre but fixed now!... hopefully)

**Reduced tech roll startup

Jab: Actually has zero Hspeed at start (I had the speed type set to 2 instead of 1)
Ftilt: increased Hspeed, traveling noticeably more forward, but has more endlag on whiff

Dstrong (default) 2nd hitbox knockback angle on most weapons send straight down (Sledge hammer sends away from stage)
Dstrong (chainsaw) 1st hitbox now has angle flipper, sending toward center of attack, 3rd hitbox has added Hspeed moving forward for the last swing

Bair: reduced damage but increased knockback scaling on both hitboxes
Uair: Increased startup, increased damage, increased knockback and knockback scaling, reduced hitpause scaling (decided to rework this move instead of being a fast attack that was constantly causing ladder combos, now it's a hard hitting attack that doesn't make very long combos)

Dspecial: reduced startup, but increased endlag on whiff
