Ftilt: changed attack to 2 hammer swings now with less hitboxes (but should still feel the same)

Dtilt: increased hitbox duration

Nair: reduced hitpause and can now fast fall on hit

-removed hitpause scaling from 1st hitbox (don't know how long that's been there)

-slight increase to knockback_adj
-fixed up hurtboxes for several attacks (got rid of a lot of invisible dead pixels causing attacks to be more unsafe than they should)

Nspecial (uzi)
-slightly reduced reload time

Fspecial:
-added hitpause and hitpause scaling (also adds extra camera shake)
-readjusted hitstun multiplier across all weapons (Brick has highest multiplier while chainsaw and sledge hammer have lowest multiplier)

Fstrong:
-Air version has knockback angle raised

Ustrong:
-Air version has knockback angle lowered

Dstrong:
-Air version has knockback angle send backwards
