Machete: removed charged dash, now by default more endlag and distance dash travels is inbetween previous 2 dash options (holding special doesn't change anything now)

Whip chain: lowered gravity both at startup and end of attack, moved both hitboxes to better match animation

Crowbar: reduced startup, reworked momentum by remaining still in startup before lunging forward, and increased gravity during endlag (trying to give the move more of a risky and heavy feeling, than how loose it was before)
