The entire move overall is shorter, this affects
-height uspecial gains is lowered
-cancel window timing is tightened

(I'm hoping this new direction for Uspecial finally fixes the long problem thats plagued this character, how before at any moment you could ladder combo to the ceiling way too easily.
Now you can still make short combos, just not as long or easily as before)

The new air strong option really doesn't like how Uspecial and Dspecial are used when you either have no weapon or the shotgun.
So now trying to preform up or down strong in the air when using shotgun or no weapon results in a useless move, don't use it. Just press the special button instead until you get another weapon
