1.2 Robot, Optimization & Minerals
Gestalt
-Now the capital of robots has a coordinator instead of a maintenance drone.
-Level 2 and 3 uplinks no longer cost crystals in the upgrade, while only one simulation center can be built and it costs crystals in the upgrade.
-Fixed a bug in the level 3 simulation center that gave less bonus than level 2 (0.15 (compared to 0.25 of the previous level) and I set it to 0.4).
-Deviant experiments now give +75% unity instead of 50%.
-Robots have an additional enhancement to Pop Assembly that can be unlocked through a rare technology called "Giga-Assembly Systems"; the building provides 5 roboticists.
Client Release:
-Client Release State costs a bit of influence and less unity.
Origins:
-Overlord Vassals no longer have AI.
-Additionally, initial bonuses for Overlord Vassals have been rebalanced.
-Void Dwellers are now stronger than ever and also have the trade bonus (10%).
Traditions:
-Now, to gain faith in science, you must have Database Uplink and Polytechnic Education.
Civics
-2 new epic civics for robots!
-Subsidiaries can no longer have Regulated Expansion as an agreement.
-Released vassals from franchising have a newly subjugated loyalty modifier for 5 years.
-Released vassals from franchising no longer have Fanatic Purifiers as a civic.
-Exploitation now has dynamic script rewards, where each Pop gives the winner energy and minerals * 50, while the rest give * 20 (in the static version, it was *25).
-Exploitation is now also available to Gestalt, and different gstaits provide different resources and modifiers.
-If you are a BBEG overlord, you now give a bonus of +50 to the vassal instead of +500.
Border Gore
-Border Gore now includes wormholes (however, passing ships through them still causes damage).
-Optimized border gore code.
Claim
-Now you can claim adjacent systems connected by wormholes (however, passing ships through them still causes damage).
-Optimized claim code.
Traits
-The Industrious trait has been increased from 20% to 25%.
-The Power Drills trait bonus to miner production has been increased from 15% to 25%.
-The Toxoide trait bonus to miner production has been increased.
-The Cyborg Power Drills trait bonus to miner production has been increased.
-A new generic trait now provides society research.
Edicts
-Added an edict for Archaeological Expeditions, which allows you to create Minor Artifacts.
-A new edict, unlockable through Space Trading, increases the chance of resettling unemployed pops. #To be tested
Sublimation
-The larger the fleet, the more likely the War in Heaven will break out, with a factor of 4 for fleets larger than 70,000 but less than 90,000, a factor of 5 for fleets larger than 90,000 but less than 150,000, and a factor of 6 for fleets larger than 150,000.
Anomalies
-The World in Loop difficulty has been set to 10.
-Fixed a bug where the data corrupt chance was set to 0 if the planet had a moon and/or was under colonization.
Balance
-Fixed an issue with miners, as they now only mine 4 minerals, so mining techs now provide +30% instead of 20%, so that minerals are extracted similarly to other basic resources in the late game.
-The frequency at which a vassalization agreement can be modified has been changed from 60 months to 30 months.
-An option in the start menu for Phi to enable realistic upkeep for researchers; for engineering, they now have a minimum of alloy and mineral, and for physics, they consume consumer goods or alloy (if hive), and minerals; both also have a maintenance cost for basic resources (energy for other empires and food for hives).
Other
-Localized in all languages, Italian included.

Automations
-Redone a good part of the automations.
-Added 2 new planet types to manage automations: Physical Research Planet and Engineering Research Planet.
Bugs
-The decision that increases trade now costs 1000 unity, not 100.
-Fixed a bug in Education Campaign that would keep it active for life without paying the cost if activated and deactivated.
Galaxy Size
-Added 2 new galaxy sizes for 12 and 16-20 players.
Megastructures
-Gateways now take much less time to construct and cost much less, but have an energy upkeep of 10.
Changes for version 3.7.8
-Leaders can now be slightly younger or much older (if they have a history, they are probably not young, right?).
-Decreased the hull regen multiplier from 0.1 to 0.05.
-Removed the old agenda.
-Removed edicts for changing dictator, emperor, or heir.
-Removed rules traits as they are obsolete.
-Removed mandates as they are obsolete.
-Education Campaign now provides a reduced monthly XP bonus of 3 instead of 5.
-Trascendence Learning now provides 200% leader experience gain instead of 300%.

-Leader alloy bonuses and consumer goods upkeep maluses have been balanced. //Thanks to edo
-LEADER CAPACITY BASE has been reduced from 6 to 4. //Thanks to primate.
Changes for version 3.8.2
-Added new data.

1.1.3 Huge bugs, huge fix.
-Fix serious bug in opinion modifier with vassals.
-Fix localization for 3 civics.
-New vassals through decisions or franchising have newly_subjugated_loyalty for 5 years.
-Vassals released through franchising no longer have purifiers as a civic.
-Fix vassals released through franchising now have a bonus of 4 pops.
Balancing:
Subsidiaries can no longer have regulated expansion agreement (it gave too much influence to the owner).

Fixed a bug in border gore where it did not validate the habited planet if it had 1 pop.
