1.1 particle trail update

Weapon trail effects added to the following attacks
Pierce(ground & air), Sweep, Spin-Slash, Barrage + finisher, Sunder, Vortex, Harpoon(ground & air), and BladeBarrier

New ability "System Restore" functions as burst but costs 2 meter in addition to burst bar.
Restores both flight and battery fully.

Seeker now dissappears when Sky Hunter is hit
added particle effect for seeker projectile fizzle.

Harpoon (ground) can no longer be chained from itself
Base DI modifier increased 1 -> 1.5
has a second weaker hit for the pull action. Same total damage but work more consistently
with the enemy getting hit by something else while stabbed.

Arc Kick speed reduced f5 -> f6
total active frames increased 3 -> 4

Added flight cost symbol to Take Off icon

reduced dash speed 12 -> 10

Discharg meter on hit reduced 1.0 -> 0.5

Added melee hitbox to Seeker startup, f7
when parried, gets put into custom recoil state that lasts for 11 frames and next single hit taken deals 1.6x damage.
Seeker no longer free cancellable

Spinslash now has finished animation
Spinslash (Ground) no longer flippable

Rolling launch no longer flippable, or free cancellable
Offensive Roll no longer free cancellable

Changed Extra2 color to be eyes. Mainly show up in startup for supers.
Added new preview image to style customization to better show style colors.

FLIGHT METER NOW SHOWS FOR PREDICTION~
-This was far more of a pain than I anticipated, but I got a fully functional version and not just a move cost indicator.
Fixed some prediction errors when running out of flight meter.

Adjusted how Dervish carries previous momentum pretty significantly

ArcKick airborne later f1 -> f3.
*This still beats grab with no frame advantage, just doesn't unconditionally beat grab always.
Hitboxes active sooner [f7,f9] -> [f5,f7]

Late hitbox knockback adjusted to be more vertical
Slider adjusted to actual speed value instead of percentage [-30 to 100] -> [-2 to +6]

Added throws. Functionally very similar to vanilla but with some fancier visuals.

New lvl 1 super Sunder. Has high and low versions, as well as optional lunge forwards. Always goes forwards even when flipped
Big hitbox slow to come out. Active f11
Low Sunder pulls in and can combo but both hits scale combo
