fixed issue with flight meter not recharging when grounded and toggled on

Arc Kick has custom hurtbox that's higher up. Bit easier to high profile moves.

Harpoon given forwards movement

Fixed prediction showing projectiles bouncing more than once.

Blitz + frames reduced from 3 to 1.

Blaster charge shot hit stun reduced from 40 to 27, and hitlag reduced from 15 to 10

blaster normal shots no longer hit otg
blaster normal shot proration increased from 0 to 3
blaster recovery increased from 5 frames to 7 frames post shooting.

hook forwards movement increased from 7 to 9

Lance Kick now has projectile invuln

New air move Cleave
acts as a sort of aerial DP. Invuln on f5 to f9 with initiative
hits f8, active for 5 frames
provides downwards momentum
Almost impossible to combo out of from neutral

All air moves should be cancellable into ground moves if connecting while landing.

updated air version of blaster to match new ground version frame data.

Max air speed increased
Max flight speed increased due to the cap increase. It was actually set higher than the general cap so was impossible to reach before.

flight drain increased from 15 to 20
fast fall drain increased from 20 to 24
flight mode thrust ratio increased from 0.7 to 0.9
initial flight additional ratio increased from 0.2 to 0.3

air dash deceleration after the speed burst reduced from 0.8 to 0.72 of the speed from the dash. So it carries a bit more after the slow down.

Spin renamed Spin-slash, also base damage increased 90 to 95, with minimum scaled damage increased 30 to 40

Pierce - sweet spot tip hit box damage increased from 65 to 90
main hit box damage increased from 45 to 65

Dive kick (both) - Move speed dramatically increased. Angle affected by flight controls. Minor increase to hit stun.
Flame Spin - Added minor aimable force on startup
Dervish - increased hit stun out of combo. In combo hit stun increased slightly
Pierce(air) - increased hit stun out of combo
Pierce(ground) - sweet spot cancels into all ground options

Blitz - causes hard knockdown when landing before hit stun ends
Blaster - fixed bounce not targeting correctly on 2nd player side.
fixed bounce often not working off walls or cieling
Overall faster frame data

Discharge - Now level 3 super. Recharges gun and flight meter once reaching active frames.

Barrage - Reworked
More back movement on startup
Initial hits beat grab
Added built in followup that side switches

Fixed flight not working from the ground.

Flight now has 30% more thrust on the first 4 frames of being active.

Experimental change for Blaster. Shots bounce one time off floor wall or cieling. Automatically aiming at opponent

Blitz increased starting speed slightly. Minimum dash frames decreased from 3 to 2.

Flight meter total increased from 1000 to 12000
increased starting ammount from 250 to 300
reduced recharge from 30 to 25 grounded, and 20 to 17 air

Blaster recharge speed increased to one per 60f, was one per 90f before
Blaster recharge time now reduced to half it's base rate while comboing

air kick delayed land cancel til after hitbox
vortex land cancel delayed til after initial hitbox

New rolling stance from air
rolling stances and followups count as single move for whiff cancel.
