Tattered sails added to all coast factions
added 3 rituals to the panel, for all factions : force war, force peace, break alliance, all of these rituals are thematic use for infamy and thats why i added them
2 more rituals to luthor: clean slate and seabound lord
noctilus still has his old rituals and his the only one with them

the values for the 3 rituals are wip, using corruption as multiplier is fine for kaiors since theres no one to spread tzeentch corruption but the player
but when you change it to vampire corruption, you get to easily impact vampire factions, and there are a lot of them


fixed some typos
big polishes to scripts, debug time by 70%
"faction leader of a stronger faction" factor for bounties changed, the new formula is added as a pic to the modpage

instant construction removed due to being cringe and lame

added unit upgrades for necrofex, wargalley, ghostship and more i forgot
removed some of the restrictions of unit upgrades from factions, e.g non noctilus factions can buy depth guard upgrades and necrofex upgrades too - the "y unit upgrade should be special to x faction" is expressed by unlocking the upgrades through tech nodes for some factions. for example noctilus starts with all depth guard upgrades unlocked, and can unlock necrofex upgrades with infamy (which is way better than the requirement)
