fixed the infamy ui value being bugged when buying many upgrades at once

hu1c models aka kislev physique models now have a new base colour made by dead baron! - applies to gunnery squad and more units i cant recall

noctilus changes:
1."where the tale ends" ability is now an order, requires respawning character to see it
ability now homes into different entities, has infinite uses and requires being in melee to reset cd
no longer requires being unmounted
2. toggle abilities - no longer innate to the character, is now in an order, available both at sea and on land
3.when mounted, necrofex shots will home into different entities
4. teleport stance is now an order

aranessa changes:
newstalking order
fury strike ability is now in an order, visuals changed, damage increased
defeating wulfrik as aranessa will unlock the steelwhip unit which is basically a more glassy wrathmongers, ,a very strong unit

deathship cap gained from ports reduced to 1,2,3
turn speed, speed, charge variables changed for all ships
health and armor buffed for all ships
all wargalley units removed, added a new wargalley unit with 32 riders
FIXED A HUGE BUG WHERE SHIPS WOULD NOT LOSE AMMO
models changed for : ship gunners, gunnery squad and some more i forgot, basically all hu1c (kislev sized) models
fixed a script error with clicking on no cqi characters
changed luthor's captain orders


vanilla units and most of my units usually have an upkeep that is 25% of the recruitment cost
it shouldnt be that way for ships and now it is changed

example:
the (new) wargalley is a big ship with 32 rifle gunners
the deathship is a small ship with 14 godamn cannons
so
wargalley recruitment cost is high, upkeep is low
deathship recruitment cost is medium, upkeep is medium-high

spectral cannons is now a ghostship that can fly and has no armor, thats it


SAILS animation changed for dread abyssal, ghostship and spectral cannons
credits to basedmemes from the undeath mod

also improved spectral cannons emissive meshes

added shadewraith audio files for artillery firing, can be heard when firing from the ghostship

changes to captain's commands, might require respawning your lord to see them

added tech nodes to sartosa
