-Added Color coating to the output, now when a turn starts, the scorn shown above the other characters heads will be:
- Red if you have the highest current scorn from the target (Concentrated Ire)
- Purple if you have accumulated scorn but not the highest
- Yellow if you have zero scorn

-Added healing aggro. If you heal a character that is currently the target of Ire then your scorn with their enemies will be increased by 5. This is on a per vitality/armor/magic armor basis, so if a spell applies multiple of these, your scorn will go up multiple times.

-Cleaned up some of the output to make it easier to tell what is going on.
-When your turn starts, you will now see the current Scorn levels for your character above each enemy.
-Slowed down the VFX for the highest scorn target, and renamed it to Concentrated Ire.
-Various scripting improvements to hide unneeded text.
