Made a code amendment to shot fired event handler.

Fixed scripts sometimes not loading properly on scenario start.

Made a couple tweaks to zombie settings to improve performance slightly.

Disabled my buggy and performance hogging dynamic loot script and re-enabled ravage loot module. This should fix a great deal of the stuttering that was occurring.

Made improvements to the loot zone loot table. Should now be more performance friendly.

Fixed a bug where some units would not delete once the player has left a warzone area.

- Addressed root cause of an issue preventing all warfare zone units from deleting once player is over the despawn distance. Removed some problematic code that I wrote which was causing issues with tasks as units spawned in by tasks could get deleted by aforementioned problematic code.

- Fixed cleanup script firing incorrectly after going into a warfare zone.
