[+] When the warning time is reached, fuel cans will start making noises making it more easy to find them
[#] You can now hold the USE key when fuling a generator instead of having to let go of it and press it again

Tyler changes:
[#] Fixed him being broken and never being able to enter destroyer form except for the endless chase
[#] Fixed him leaving and re-entering the endless chase when killing someone

[+] Added missing language translation for Balkan Boost & NightVision Goggles
[#] Fixed audiosystem 3D fade distance
(Gmod doesn't handle 3d fade distance well, so the audiosystem now calculates and handles it)
[#] Fixed multiple race conditions that could cause sounds to play multiple times
(this could happen if a sound is requested to play while it's already being loaded in a very small frame window)
[#] Stopped UI sounds from loading when playing in a round, since those are not required when playing a round.
[#] Reduced door slam range check since it doesn't need to check for such a big distance.
[#] Halved helicopter volume
[#] Adjusted helicopter sound distance for all the sounds.

(you lose 10 credits for when its a slow escape)
