[#] Improved generator UI to propperly support any fuel counts
[#] Trying to not hard-code "sc_lobby" as the lobby.
Using the info_sc_settings entity any map can now be marked as a lobby.

[+] Added a fuel display to the generators allowing one to see how much fuel is missing

(Caused audio issues, why would you even be in singleplayer)
