Tyler changes:
[+] Added new sound for when he's below 50 anger
[+] Implement endless chase if the time is up
(when the round time reaches the defined slow time of 20min, this chase is disabled by default)
[+] If a player is holding a fuel can, Tyler will destroy the fuel can first instead of killing the player
[+] Added Tyler theme which is played as background music after the first chase.
[+] Added three new songs from SlashCo VR to play when hes tyler the creator.

[#] Fixed a bug with the audiosystem that caused the background music to play multiple times
[#] Improved the audiosystem to support playing the same sounds multiple times.
[#] Converted almost all .wav files into mono .mp3 files to reduce file size and to solve some 3d sound issues.
(sterio sounds are played as mono and don't work when played in 3d)
