added custom minimap trees to cast shadows in the main map 1-4. Modified lighting in maps 1-4. Added more overlays and decals in maps 1-4. General beautification.

Fixed pathing on map 1 around the shop building exit so players are less likely to get stuck. Added some detailing on map 1 and 2.

More extreme overhaul of m3 motel, apperance and lighting. Map 2 has custom crows now (spawning varies). Changed shadows on all maps, hopefully they look better now.
