Fixed some bot issues on map 5. Bot's won't wander off where they shouldn't before finale. Improved nav around elevator so bots will get on better.

Changed bait shop in map1 to look better. Improved arrows in map 2. Added visual breaks in the fence for map3 and4, so tanks can see survivors. Fixed ladder on train car in map 4. Increased size of elevator in map 5, and adjusted map as needed.

map1: Still trying to fix floating carglass at origin bug. Changed how instance cars spawn in so they don't all spawn at the same time. Related scripting changes. Map2: Made firehill script slightly more likely to happen.

Adjusted faid out values for larger vegitation on all maps to improve overall apperance of all maps. Slight changes to trigger location on map 3. Minor script improvements.

Fixed scripting issues, and modified entities on map 3. Fixed nav issues on map 2 and 3. Modified finale script to check wipes when picking finale phases and values. Fixed a script not triggering properly on map 5.
