fixed bug that would get out dog when dostop is encountered
recoded area that would constantly run unnecessary code
"improved" ai pathing (subjective because this is still a known problem

reenabled path finding to generally fix some collision issues (may cause task saturation when complex pathing occurs: results in K-9 to going random directions)

added new attachhead from MFR Dog Preview to more accurately attach ball and leash to the dog
tweaked ranges for getting ball because of:
known bug: animation glitches cause the MFR Dog Preview to not move as fast (possibly colliding with objects on the ground like roads and clutter)

added tracking of mines detected to dog when petted so she can continue on with mine detection
adjusted distance for mine detection
reworked code within petting action to make more sense (transparent to user)

adjusted distances at which stages of speed animations occur (helps with stealth animation being more prevalent); this may also aleviate some issues with dog not boarding vehicle
added laydown animation (MFR dog only) when stay/come here action is used
adjusted throw variability such that it is more like a ball and not a brick

fixed stuck in sit anim when in vehicle (now doggo shall board vehicle when you do)
MFR dog preview only:
added stealth move when owner is stealth behaviour
added pet animation from preview for dog when you pet her
disabled ai pathing (since MFR dog uses actual unit simulation rather than agent without collision)
