Shieldgate Vest

When struck by shield bypassing damage, the advanced AI inside this ordinary looking Vest will reroute power from shields to restore HP
Does your mod work even without it?
I have this inside XComArmorUpgrades.ini (for me some of the vests here don't make sense being armor upgrades, while these do make some sense)
