30 more damage (15 + 30 = 45) or 30% more damage (15 x 1.3 (30%) = 19.5, round it to 20)

if it's 30% more, this would be underpowered, but if it's just a straight 30 more damage, I'm fine

essentially the revolver from csgo, but it looks cooler

by the way, isn't the default clip size already...oh wait, this is a secondary, isn't it?
