Its a Jaw. So why not...

Pros
+25% damage
Cons
-10% firing speed
+10% knock back taken from enemies.

Knockback is so that you dont become Melee sniper.

the jabber jaw knife replacing knife weapons for the sniper
how about making it 3 hit weapon, so after 3 hits you will break it, + 50 more damage(or maybe normal plus bleed effect) cons it will break but it will make great damage

Thats intresting, but it thing it should just be a 100% extra firing speed delay, as it getting visually stuck would be weird, and cause clipping.

I think it'd fit well simply as a bushwakka reskin. Get a little p.i.s.s. in the wound mate.

This seems.... out of place. Its like if you gave the market gardener to the sniper. It wont work.

Mm i guess you're right. But the weapon for some reason reminded me of some guy in a movie crafting a weapon out of a stick, and jumping on someone and killing them.
(if that makes sense).

Lets see, : Critics can be hitten by the jaw side of the eapon.

+25% More Damage
Cause bleed (6/sec) when makes critics, (4/sec minicritics)

-15% Reloading..
+10% Knockback.
+15% Lower Speed When Aiming.
Pros: 3 second bleed, +15% damage, +5% crit chance
cons: -20% movement speed, +10% damage from ranged sources while active
so advantage versus other melee (eg, stabbing spies), but countered by moving back and firing shots
