on hit: 3 second firing delay (it gets stuck in target)
Crits when falling.
Negative:
No random crits.
(The crits probably have to enable after a certain hieght so sniper won't just jump and get a crit)
Mm i guess you're right. But the weapon for some reason reminded me of some guy in a movie crafting a weapon out of a stick, and jumping on someone and killing them.
(if that makes sense).
