I agree with decom, -50% dmg would be too much, maybe it should have an damage over time effect, like poision?

Pros: +20% accuracy
+15% ammo capacity
+Alt-Fire fires two solid shots that i they hit someone, poisens them for 10 seconds, which a med-kit can remove

Cons: -15% reload speed
-20% damage dealt

Pros: +Shoots a projectile (Like the engineer rescue ranger) wich poisons the enemy (Like bleeding)
+If the enemy die by the poison refill ammo and +50 HP
+If headshot applies jarate

Cons:-35% damage deal
-40% speed movement for 10 seconds if poisoned enemy don't dies

Alt-Fire:Shoots a special projectile wich costs 20 ammo
Special projectile is like a normal one but with:+100% projectile speed
+ 50% damage
+50% posion damage (applies mad milk)

Wouldn't it be cool for the pyro it'd do something like this instead of fire it sprays poison and does poison damage?

i'm thinking the poison would work like bleeding and here are my stats

+poison for each shot and poison duration effected by range max at close range poison. poison does not stack
+ 12% reload speed
- 10% fire rate
- 1 shot in the clip

Great weapon! I think that it stats should be more like real cool shotguns, so no poisoning. IMHO, slow but powerfull :)
