40% bullet resistance - the amount of resistance decreases on hit.
This should be used as a secondary so that means shooting with a minigun is a little bit less usefull

+25% critical damage resistance on wearer
+100% afterburn duration on wearer
-10% slower move speed on wearer
I thought about making 30% damage resistance from ANY source OR Crit and Mici-Crit immunity, +20% afterburn duration, -20% movement speed. Even so, we can do that if it protects you against any type of damage.
