Lol no, just kidding, but a good stats would be:
Pro:
50% Bullet resistance
20% Explosion resistance

Cons:
+10 sec afterburn.

Nah, 60 is too much, 40-50 maybe.
I know stats really don't matter, but I enjoy trying to come up with something for them.
How abouttt....

Cons
25% fire damage vulnerability
and/or
5% slower move speed on wearer
and/or
10% melee damage vulnerability

Pros
+20% bullet damage resistance
and/or
+50 health on wearer
and/or
+15% explosive damage resistance

I put and/or as sort of a mix and match kind of deal. Idk.

Dude, i especially didn't decreased the speed because the heavy will move like he spins his minigun.
The heavy's slow speed is exactly why I set the movement penalty incredibly low in my possible stats. Setting it down by 30% will put heavy at a snail's pace.

And why we would want that...if it slows him so hard maybe you should increase more the bullet resistance and add fire and blast resistance. Because the heavy would be vulnerable as f@ck with that speed.

Um So im guessing - 15% movemoent speed + 25% Bullet resistance +25% Explosision Resistance but also since its a Heavy Weight Ballistic Vest it should also Have No Random Crits
This should be used as a secondary so that means shooting with a minigun is a little bit less usefull

Man you had a GREAT idea there, a much simple stats is immunity to crits and mini-crits!!!
I like slower speed(10-15%), and obviously bullet resistance (10-15%)

Since it replaces a weapon we should not make him move slower.
I thought about making 30% damage resistance from ANY source OR Crit and Mici-Crit immunity, +20% afterburn duration, -20% movement speed. Even so, we can do that if it protects you against any type of damage.

I'm not willing to put a stats on this though, i personally think it would do better as a cosmetic, i just want to test our creativity a bit. But this stats can do on a minigun with shield attached.
