What about this? It replaces the Mk18 and it works pretty well. I don't think the default sight is magnified either, the reticle is just part of the model.

There already is a Spas-12 The Desert Eagle however seems really cool.

HK416 as well as G3 might not be possible, because there is always a problem with invisible hands. At least that's how it is for me

what kind of problem?

Insurgency 2 doesn't have hand meshes integrated in regular weapon viewmodels, there's only the simple bones and animations for hand models, with hand models bonemerged on top of that. it's basically a c_model system.
