damage fills "Power" meter, when filled, right click to shoot a Pomson like projectile that deals splash damage. (Like, 80 damage to do so)
Projectile does 100 damage on direct hit and 50 on any splash.
-20% damage
(Just thought I would start the discussion.)

Damage you deal, or damage dealt to you. He didn't really specify but I'm going to assume it's the former.

I think it would be cool if you shot an enemy it would do area damage to others.
-20% damage seems really harsh, just make it have less damage to buildings like the cow mangler but infinite ammo, that would be a rip off the cow mangler but why not decrease the clip, and add a new effect called electrocution which is something like bleed so after doing like 200 damage, your weapon damage Meyer fills up and when you right click it enables you to do "electrocution" which probably should be a slower movement speed plus like half the amount of damage bleed does

can be charged by doing damage
when fully charged using the mouse 3 unleash a shock explosion

While active: -25% damage taken by sentries
+75% damage against buildings (7/pellet)
+30% pellets per shot (13 pellets/shot)

-35% damage (2-7 damage/pellet depending on range)
-30% reload rate (.99 on first +.728 for envery shot after. .99 sec - 4.63 sec)
The more damage you do the more damage you cause
Has a speed charge every 5 kills (whether it is a enemy or building)
-two bullets per clip
-movement speed is slower (since the gun is literally made out of metal)

Here is another stat you could add:Makes the target move slower for 5 seconds and when the target is slower does -25% damage.
My idea:
On hit: causes disorientation
On kill: get a speed boost
20% damage penalty
20% slower holster speed
A blitzy run-and-gun guerrilla scattergun that DOESN'T have a smaller clip size!

If i could add to that i would add for 2 seconds the target is colorblind

Who's disoriented? The user of the weapon or the one being shot at?

how about with the power bar charge it with building damage?
