I spotted a bug when trying to detach system with primitive civilization: tooltips says that I cannot do this since this is capital. Well yes, it is a capital, but not mine so it should not influence anything ;)

Oh thanks! Will fix it in the next update.
And what is this strange displacement in Total Armies?
Not sure. These aren't my armies though, but belonging to this primitive race.

Oh, cool. Seems I've forgot about primitives in the couple of aspects. Thanks for reporting it!

That's strange. Have you used observe mode?
That error caused my game to crash. It was the last one of its type.

The first one seems to be not from my mod.
The second is harmless and mostly beign caused in observer mod when you're in the system scope.
Does this mod happen to modify any sector text in the UI, because I'm getting this bug here where the sector names are bugging out on the galactic map.

No. It has nothing related to naming.

Using this with the mod that makes precusor systems only accessible via wormhole. When colony is finished and I click on create sector button on planet view nothing happens. I have to destroy the colony and re-colonize several times until it eventually allows me to create a sector.
Don't know what is causing this, have seen something similar before when taking over a section of systems cut off from my main empire, same thing happened, I could not create the initial sector via the planet view, had to destroy colony and re-colonize for it to work.

Would it be possible to add wormholes to the code so I can add systems to a sector that are only connected via wormhole/gateway etc?
I cant seem to select a leader, it simply assigns the first available leader in the leader pool. I cant seem to generate a box to select leader or deselect either. I just press left mouse click alot and the leader is removed. Please can you advise?

Yep, I'm working on this now.

Well, it always takes the first avaiable free leader to assign. Please try to assign existing leaders and leave only the required one.
I'm going to rewrite it in the next release.
