The second is harmless and mostly beign caused in observer mod when you're in the system scope.

Don't know what is causing this, have seen something similar before when taking over a section of systems cut off from my main empire, same thing happened, I could not create the initial sector via the planet view, had to destroy colony and re-colonize for it to work.
Would it be possible to add wormholes to the code so I can add systems to a sector that are only connected via wormhole/gateway etc?
