VIGILO CONFIDO COMMANDERS!

This is my personal collection of mods you should have for the best XCOM2 WOTC gameplay expirience. I update this collection very often and i keep it bug free and compatibel. If you start a new campaign with the WOTC DLC, maybe you find here the best mods to get started. The collection is like a mod package of different mods, which are compatibel to each other and balanced.

AUTHOR NOTE

Some great mods are not in this list because they are not updated or are incompatibel with other awesome mods. Also some good mods, although they are compatibel, are not in this collection because they are faulty and need more improvement. There are many cool mods with great concepts, but i will never add them because the coding is messy or the ingame description is bad, they are just half completed. Some modifications are looking really nice but are not adding real extra content to the game, on the contrary they are unfortunately overwriting good base game stuff. None quality customization mods which are leading to invisible soldier legs and other fantasy mods which do not fit in the XCOM universe will probably never find there way in one of my collections. Last but not least editing config (.ini) files is something that are mods for and that mod authors should do. If a mod is not balanced enough without ini edits it will not get a place in this collection. We the passionate gamers ideally just want to start a game and have fun on playing it and not messing around with files.

COMPABILITY

Because this collection is themed about the WOTC DLC, you will only find mods which are compatibel with the WOTC DLC. This collection do not need any config (.ini) editing. You can just subscribe and play. Requires Alien Hunter DLC, Shens last gift DLC, and WOTC DLC.

Some standalone items, soldier classes, enemies, map packs, voices, customizations, etc. are not in this collection because tastes are different. You can safely add them as you like to this mod compilation.

IMPORTANT NOTES

When starting the game some mods will show a warning that they may are not compatible with WOTC version. You can safely ignore this, as i only put compatible mods in this collection.

BALANCE/DIFFICULTY

If you are playing the first time a XCOM2 WOTC campaign, i recommend you to start on veteran difficulty. Good luck commander!
