Description
SHALLOW GRAVES

Shallow Graves is a dungeon mega pack mod that populates the overworld with numerous dungeons to explore. It also provides a companion character with cafe dialog, and plenty of new treasure. Shallow Graves now includes monsters from some of my other mods as well.

You can expect most dungeons to take roughly 15-45 minutes to complete, depending on your party's strength.

8/23/2024 Update: Happy fourth birthday, Shallow Graves! Every dungeon has been expanded with randomized treasure and companion dialog. In each dungeon, you’ll find a single piece of treasure that is pulled from a random list, so that no two playthroughs will be exactly the same! Furthermore, Angus’ story has been enhanced, with a suitably climactic encounter in the Tomb of Apocrypha. Changes to tombs that you have already visited will not reflect in your current save.

The many locations included in this mod are listed below in a rough order of difficulty, with easier dungeons at the top. Once you recruit Angus, bring him with you to the other dungeons along with the other recommended companions for added dialog. He’ll have something to say at each and every tomb, but other companions will react and engage in dialog with him if you bring them along as well.

No, ms19901205, they are hostile to the player as well as to the worms. They are there for a bit of combat variety and scenery.

I encountered two NPCs fighting worms in the Tomb of Tides.
Are they characters that can be saved?

Hmmm true.

Bofrab, while that is something that could feasibly be done going forward (like when dojos and class trainers get checked off for ports in the base game), it's not something that I could easily add to existing saves. In my latest playthrough, I've been using the X feature that the game has built in. It's simple, but effective. Honestly, it's a little therapeutic gradually populating the map with X's.

I have a request please. Would it be possible to add an indication on the map to show if you've completed any of the dungeons in this mod? With how many there it can be confusing when coming back to the game and being like "I'll do this dungeon! Oh it's already been completed." I know I could just mark it off on the map with the X or something but I feel like that just being in the mod could help just in case I forget to do that.

thank you!! You were totally right! I was making it harder on myself than I needed to LMAO. There were so many unlit braziers I just assumed!
Prominence  [author] 22 Jun @ 10:03am
There is no brazier lighting puzzle in that tomb, or any that I can immediately recall. You're probably missing a secret passage, which will be on the right side of the map somewhere, DxGGG | Megalomancer.

I've lit every brazier in the Tomb of Ash (Or at least, I THINK I have) and I think there must be more to the puzzle than that, but I can't figure out what. I don't think I found a keystone yet.

What am I looking to do? Is it something to do with smithing?

I am a fool; as soon as I asked I realized my mistake. COOL reward, too! :)

I am scratching my head over the puzzle with the Tomb of Rituals, and having looked through the comments on this post and elsewhere I have been unable to find what I'm supposed to be doing to get this done. I've tried matching the elements but it seems that's not it?
