Splinter Colony ver 3.0 patch

Description
IMPORTANT:
I created "Splinter Colony Ver 3.4", a mod about Splinter Colony on Stellaris Ver 3.4.
I will update that mod, not this mod no longer.

Updated with Stellaris ver 3.3.

It is an update patch for "Splinter Colony", an event mod made by Aequinoctis.
You don't need other my older update patchs ("splinter colony ver 2.3 patch" or "splinter colony ver 2.8 patch")

On the hand, if you play Stellaris at ver 2.8 (or older), this patch will have issues. Try older patches instead of it.


This patch enables the original mod to run on ver 3.0 (and later. It doesn't work on ver 2.8.).
And it includes a few minor additional features.

How to start:
Any one country met below conditions will be asked whether to start the whole event or not.

Conditions:
- isn't AI empire.
- isn't gestalt consciousness empire.
- isn't lithoid empire.
- isn't necrophage empire.
- doesn't have Lost Colony origin. Note: with Life-Seeded or Void Dwellers origins, climate preference will be randomized.
- doesn't have fanatic purifiers civic.

Note on "Dyson Swarm - colonizing space"
With "Hostage Planet" origin, climate preference will be randomized.

Known issues:
- The game crashes if you encounter the splinter colony, with science ship or survey console command. It is safe if you encounter the splinter colony with special event, and in most time you will do so.
Unfortunately, I have no clue why this crash happens or how to evade it. error.log tell nothing. But it is less likely to happen, because Splinter Colony system now spawns 10+ jump steps away from the homeworld.
-Splinter colony could spawn neighboring system with Xenophobe FE.

There might be other unknown issues, I suspect.
Detailed bug reports are always welcome.

@Tivaaky1 This mod is outdated. Try "Splinter Colony Ver 3.4", the latest one.

Noticed a new bug since 3.4 went live. The Hyacinth Fleet has a name that displays as NAME_Hyacinth_Fleet, and when it colonizes the planets are called NAME_splinter_hyacinth_ulysses. It could be a conflict with the names file?

Otherwise the mod works well with the newest updates and it remains one of my favorite mods, thanks!

Thank you for checking into it, I'll see if discovering them through the event that occurs after a set period of time allows me to avoid the crash, and if so I'll play with the mod that way. Perhaps in time you'll find a solution, but even if you don't I did want to thank you for making a mod I have enjoyed a great deal, keep at it :)

@Tivaaky1 I confirmed your issue do happens. Execute "survey" console command on 2.1.2200, and the game crashes. (In vanilla, first contacts with previous unknown countries start.)
Unfortunately, I have no clue why this crash happens or how to evade it.

@Tivaaky1 Thank you for reporting. "Discovered by a science ship" can happen but quite rare, so I will try to reproduce it.

Perhaps I am alone with this issue and it is very possibly a mod conflict, but as soon as I discover the Splinter Colony via Science Ship, the game crashes to desktop.
