Description
Please read before inquiring about an issue.

Installation Instructions
  • Enable all Master of Strategy mods, this mod, and any others that you want.
  • Close the launcher.
  • Navigate to "%appdata%\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\scripts".
  • Open "user.scripts".
  • Move the line "mod KAA_S2TW_MOS_HalfTimeTech.pack" before the Master of Strategy mods.
  • Re-open the launcher.
  • Play the game.
What does this mod do?
  • Reduces the overall time taken for technologies by three quarters.
What is the mod's file name?
  • "KAA_S2TW_MOS_QuarterTimeTech.pack"
What time periods does this apply to?
  • Sengoku Jidai (Master of Strategy)
Do technology buffs still apply?
  • Yes
Does this apply to the AI too?
  • If a player / AI has access to it, then yes.
What mods are incompatable?
  • Anything that alters the Master of Strategy technology tree.
  • Anything incompatable with Master of Strategy.
I have an idea for a mod, could you do (Idea)?
  • Unfortunately I am no longer maintaining any mods for Total War.
This mod causes me to have "Incompatable Versions" in multiplayer!
  • This issue is caused on behalf of the developers and the primative modding system. The easiest way to fix this is to navigate to "%appdata%\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\scripts" and have the host give their "user.scripts" file to the other player. This way, it ensures that there will not be any such issues in this manor. This resolution works universally, too, not just for this mod.

This and the Double time technology mod don't seem to work anymore. I placed it at the start of the load order. If you have time or the resources to work on it, would you consider making it compatible again? Thanks in advance.

he did. the latest version of the mod had been updated a while ago and with it the tech tree was changed.

It should overwrite the files of the mod. It'd work fine as long as they haven't changed something dramatically in the edited file.
