The Empire AI will now build the Death Star II in GC -- Tested and confirmed, you've been warned >:)
Hutt AI was completely overhauled and will now tech upgrade in GC (They could not before and were stuck at the pre-set tech level) and should function much better.
Hutt AI should build MDU items
Rebel/Underworld/Hutt AI will now build Tech 4 FCUs
FCU AI functions have been re-worked however AI still won't properly use FCUs
AT-ST, T3B, B2 Battledroid, Marauder, and Broadside Cruiser will now use their ROCKET_ATTACK ability when controlled by AI
