Something somehow undid half of the changes I made with regards to triggers.

Which broke compatibility with ZOFE.
Hopefully that's fixed now.

Localisation fixes

Fixed (wrongly) swapped market costs for mana crystals and arcane artifacts

Recolored both resources to purple/pink (blue is actually very hard to see against the background)

Incidentally, compatibility with GPM is now entirely coincidental and not intended because I am not going to make another icon when there's a perfectly good resource icon already in the game files.

Removed the additional +20 admin cap altogether. The weight of +250/500% empire size penalty should be nerf enough. (and the limiting of actual magical buildings/jobs to magic worlds, along with the ludicrous expense of converting worlds to be magical)

Time to get your money's worth out of those fake mini-ecumenopoli that are magical worlds.

- Nerfed (Halved) Artificer Arcane Artifact production
- Nerfed initial admin cap bonus from 40 to 20
- Each stage of ascension (Arcane Heritage, Arcane Awakening, Arcane Ascension) now gives the same penalty:
+20 Admin Cap
+250% Empire Size Penalty Mult
