* Fixes an issue where if a mod introduces a new social strata of the same level as "worker", then unemployed FE pops could bounce between that new level (unemployed) and "Precursor" (still unemployed), instead of taking one of the fallback jobs (Acolyte of the Workshop for Spiritualist FE, Hedonists for the rest)

* Added a lot of weights pertaining to Trait Diversity's traits (this mod isn't required, but the AI will take them into consideration for species rights now)

* Fixed an incongruity with clerk jobs. The Fallen Empires were both considering clerk jobs "ruler" tasks and thus should keep non-natives from working, as well as tasks that are beneath them, leading to them never getting filled. Now they just view them as normal worker jobs (native pops won't take until crisis, non-native pops can take them whenever)

* FE's will tolerate non-precursors to have some ruler jobs (like merchant or head researcher). Such pops were getting "worker" strata. Now they get specialist strata

* Fixes an issue where the social classes changes weren't being applied because I forgot to hit save. :/
