If the Xenophile Awakened Empire gets Evolutionary Mastery AP (if you have a mod that allows the awakened empires to get APs), then it will shift from displacing hive minded pops to assimilating them

Thanks to the magic of scripted_triggers (which I didn't know about until now), drastically simplified the conditional logic so now it is much more readable

Ensured that a beserk machine Awakened Empire will now exterminate instead of displace organic pops it captures.

Awakened empires other then Spiritualist and Gestalt are now willing to use the "AI Servitude" AI policy. From the best I can tell, this doesn't open up the possibility of robot rebellion for them as FEs/AEs are exempt from robot rebellion.

AI is no longer more willing do enslave charismatic for being charismatic. They will still prefer giving them domestic servitude if for other reasons they decide to enslave them.

If Starnet AI is enabled, make the AI prefer domestic servitude once the empire starts getting large or there are many unemployed slaves.

Allow the "hive mind" living standard for machine pops too

Made most of Starnet AI's changes only take effect if the empire isn't a fallen empire type.
Fixed several misplaced 'is_fallen_empire' checks

Fixed an issue where the Xenophobe FE was giving its spawned prole species residency rights instead of the proper domestic servitude like they were explicitly molded for.
