RECOIL OVERHAUL
- Recoil across all weapons are now seeded and pattern based
- Each weapon now has a unique recoil pattern
- Weapons are now either left-drifting or right-drifting, meaning recoil will mainly drift to the left or right instead of picking a left or right direction at random

SIGHTS & SCOPES
- Added the RUSAK, Coyote and HD-33 sights
- Reworked most sight and scope reticles to improve clarity
- Reworked reticle rendering to improve visibility throughout different lighting situations
- All optics now take the players "Optic Reticle Setting" into account
- Heavily reduced scope edge shadows across all scopes
- Optic and scope shortnames are now the sights magnification
- Fixed all instances of sights varying in height across different weapons

>QOL & BUG FIXES
- Replaced "SAS" and "Winter SAS" models with "Elite" and "Cloaker" models due to height differences between other models

- Added 12 new leveling calling cards (every 5 levels of prestige 4)

- Decals are now cleared on player spawn instead of every 15 seconds

- Fixed numerous errors based on models, materials and particles

- Fixed all instances of error textures
