- the Commander can now properly follow you around the map
- Magus' energy ball attack removed as it was damaging the Player

Hunter:
1) Bestial Wrath
- duration increased by 1 second in all tiers

Mechanist:
1) Icy Shield
- cast speed reduced at each tier

2) Pistoleer
- armor reduction value increased significantly

3) Charge Injection
- blind component not working previously. Fixed.

4) Shotgonner
- "damage done to secondary targets" component removed
- added "reduction in fumble chance"

5) Overclock
- duration increased at every tier
- damage bonus applied to all types, not just physical

General Changes:
1) Frost Screecher
- reduced damage done

2) Frostbinder
- health further reduced

- missile travel distance increased slightly

Paladin:
1) Divine Storm
- armor degrade increased significantly

Mechanist:
1) Icy Shield
- now properly lasts 30 seconds
- "percent reduction in damage taken" changed to "percent armor bonus"

2) Static Field
- the shield absorbs slightly more damage
- knockback resistance effect now fades when the shield does

3) Minicopters
- beam damage increased slightly. Cooldown reduced.

4) Shockbolts
- missile travel distance increased slightly
- damage done increased slightly
- chance to shock increased slightly when using Charge

5) All summons scaling normalized to other classes' summons

General Changes:
1) Mirka casters
- reduced tornado travel distance
- reduced health

2) Cultist casters
- reduced health

1) Mortar Shot
- increased radius of the explosion
- knockback and stun chance increased
- increased the maximum range Mortar Shot can reach
- reduced the speed of the projectile slightly

2) Blazing Strike
- increased radius of the explosion
- increased chance to burn

3) Snipe Shot
- when spending one charge, Snipe Shot no longer collides with MOST of the environment (e.g. Snipe Shot will not pass through interactables like sarcophagus')

4) Static Field
- FX adjusted slightly

5) Base run speed
- was previously slightly slower than normal. Normalized.

General Changes:
1) Ice Angel Fish/Ice Wisp Pet
- Ice Wisp should no longer get destroyed upon losing all its health. Thanks to @HiFive for finding this bug!

2) Tutara Tornados
- max travel distance reduced from 30m to 25m

3) Trolls
- attack and cast speeds reduced

- FX is now more fiery

General Changes:
1) Reduced the damage and increased the cooldowns of many early bosses' skills. Affected bosses include:
- Fallen Guardian
- Mordrox
- King Pogg
- General Grell
- Artificer

2) Ezrohir Snatcher
- claw grab damage reduced

3) Ezrohir Elite
- fireballs previously ignored 25% armor. This has been removed.

4) Sand Spectre
- damage potential decreased

- spread of the missiles across all ranks has been narrowed slightly

- received a significant damage nerf

3) Raptor Strike
- now ignores a percentage of the target's armor

Paladin:
1) Divine Storm, Avenger's Shield, Seal of Command, Seal of Righteousness
- damage ramping has been adjusted so that they are stronger at lower levels

Mechanist:
1) Shock Bolts
- should properly fire the listed number of shots across all levels
- spread of the missiles across all ranks has been narrowed slightly

2) Mortar Shot, Shock Bolts
- damage ramping has been adjusted so that they are stronger at lower levels
